What is a sauna blanket? The HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket heals damaged tissue, drains your body of toxins and even soothes post-workout soreness with infrared heat.

This thermal energy gives off heat which is soaked up by your skin, raising your body temperature and triggering a deep detox. It helps to rid the body of excess toxins – like chemicals and heavy metals – and boosts circulation to deliver key nutrients your body needs.

The HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket is made up of multiple layers that work together to maximise the benefits. A crystal therapy layer, made up of amethyst and tourmaline, emits negative ions to fight off free radicals. Charcoal, clay and magnetic layers generate more negative ions while flushing out impurities and improving blood flow and boosting circulation.

If you're wondering how often you should use an infrared sauna blanket, it's recommended you use it once a week to begin with. Then you can build up to 2–3 times a week. Use it by selecting a temperature level from 8 settings by turning the dial.

Step 1: Wear clothing and socks to cover your skin.

Step 2: Lay the HigherDOSE Sauna Blanket on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

Step 3: Grab a towel to use as a barrier between your body and the blanket.

Step 4: Turn the blanket on and leave it to pre-heat for 10 minutes.

Hot! Hot! Hot!

I would highly recommend this infrared sauna blanket. It seems well made and it is stylish enough to leave out for regular usage. It’s hot after 10 minutes if you use 7 or 8. The sauna blanket inserts are a must. I have a rotation of two for my daily saunas. Personally, as I have leukaemia, I am using before wearing compression clothing and prior to my HBOT chamber as I believe it softens the cell membrane which can then be permeated with more oxygen, thus creating more internal energy and healing from the inside.

Great product! I sweat profusely when I’m in it. Two things to consider if you purchase this, 1. Make sure you wear something to cover your whole body and lay on a towel. It gets really hot! 2. It’s a bit heavy on my feet, so I use yoga blocks to lift up the foot area. Other than that it’s a great product and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a sauna suite.

Self care elevated!

Covid 19 has changed all of our lives. For those of us who are committed to staying healthy no matter what, we’ve had to invest in more home self care. Adding the Higher Dose blanket to our regime has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. We use it at least weekly and while we received it 3 months after we ordered it, it’s paid for itself 3x over. We use it post exercise or sometimes just after a stressful day of video meetings- whatever your schedule you will use it and feel the benefits of infrared heat for days. If you care about your body and ongoing health in our new reality you need this. At $400+ it’s not cheap so consider joining w a close friend if needed, someone in your Covid bubble to split costs. You could take turns having it at your respective home- Seriously, it’s worth it because you are worth it.
