Step 1: Clean your skin and pat dry.

Step 2: Apply your FOREO conductive serum evenly across the skin in a thin, mask-like layer. Reapply as needed throughout your session.

Step 3: Press the universal button to turn on your device. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quick-pressing the button again, once for each level.

Step 4: Access more settings via the FOREO app.

Step 5: Press all 4 metallic spheres to your skin and, with medium pressure, slowly glide the device upward over the legs, buttocks, abs and arms as desired.

Expert Advice: Shave any excessive hair in the treatment area as it can create a tingling sensation.

Before first use, download the FOREO ‘For You’ app to register your device and activate the warranty.

Always clean thoroughly after use. Wash the metallic spheres and silicone surface with water and soap, then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth or towel. After use, we recommend spraying the device with FOREO’s Silicone Cleaning Spray and rinsing with warm water for optimal results.

Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone.

After a full charge, the FOREO BEAR™ 2 body has up to 300 minutes of use.

The hype was justified - it definitely makes a difference, my skin is all toned up, I can see the biggest difference on my love handles. The treatment itself is pleasant and I even wish I could use it longer, but it is really effective. Worth it

Really great

I can definitely tell that the treatments are working! It's really easy to use and it didn't take long for me to get the hang of it. I use it fairly regularly on the lowest setting for now, but even the lowest is doing well for me. I'm really glad that it doesn't shock me or cause pain.

I have my little workout routine every day, but I have included bear 2 body - I do the treatment after I finish and I can really feel my muscles kicking it up a notch. My thighs look more firm now and I'm absolutely in love with it

Brilliant!!

I really love it, it's brilliant. It's very easy to use, and it seems to be effective. I use it on my thighs and tummy, because I'm a bit insecure about the cellulite there. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and I'm glad I've included it in my routine.
